Payment Process

To keep our production schedule organized and ensure each camper is built specifically for your truck and selected options, we follow a structured four-stage payment process.

1. Reservation Deposit – $750

A $750 initial deposit is required to reserve your build slot. This deposit secures your place in our production queue and allows us to begin confirming the specifications for your camper and vehicle.

2. Production Deposit – $2,500

Once your camper configuration has been finalized, a $2,500 payment is required to move your build into active production with the manufacturer.

3. Production Completion Payment – $2,500

When your camper has been completed and is ready to be shipped from the manufacturer, a $2,500 payment is due prior to the unit being released for shipment.

4. Final Balance – Remaining Amount

The remaining balance is due once the camper arrives and is ready for installation on your truck. Installation scheduling will be confirmed after the final balance has been received.

Payment Terms

Deposits & Production
The $750 reservation deposit secures your place in the production queue. Once the $2,500 production deposit has been paid and your camper has been submitted for manufacturing, the order is considered in production.

Refund Policy
Deposits may be refundable prior to production depending on the stage of the order. Once a build has entered production with the manufacturer, all payments made become non-refundable, as the camper is being built specifically for the customer’s vehicle and configuration.

Payment Milestones
Customers will be notified in advance of each payment milestone throughout the build process.

Installation
Final installation will be scheduled once the camper has arrived and the remaining balance has been paid in full.
